The formula does not include the hotel overnight stay nor access to the Wellness area. A package with overnight stay is available, however, upon reservation.

The reservation is confirmed only after receipt of the full prepayment.

Tickets are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. No free cancellation will be accepted.

In case of absence or cancellation, the total reservation amount remains due and will not be subject to any credit or refund.
