Are you looking to organize a conference in Wallonia, close to Luxembourg? We have ideal rooms to organize your corporate event. With our 9 meeting rooms, some of which are fully modular, we can adapt the setup of the room according to the size of your event.

We always have the solution. Our rooms can accommodate up to 95 people in a "boardroom" layout, 550 guests in a theater layout, 300 guests in a "round tables" layout, and 215 participants in a "classroom" layout.

Do you need different rooms? All our rooms are on the same floor, so participants can easily move between the different workspaces.
The break-out area, accessible from all our rooms, is completely dedicated to your coffee breaks, a discussion between two meetings, or a quick meal during your seminar day...

The Van der Valk Luxembourg Arlon hotel is easily accessible thanks to the nearby highway, and our team will be happy to organize a transfer from Arlon train station or Findel airport (Luxembourg city).
