Welcome to Restaurant l’Oeuf at the Van der Valk Hotel Luxembourg Arlon.
Open every day from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. (kitchen closes at 10 p.m., last reservation possible at 9 p.m.), the brasserie welcomes you for lunch or dinner in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our menu, which evolves with the seasons, honors fresh and quality products.
For your business meals, family reunions, or moments with friends, our team offers you a careful service, with dedicated menus for groups and a Menu Timo specially designed for children. A play area is also available for the little ones. In the summer, enjoy our outdoor terrace. Free WiFi access and a private parking lot with 200 spaces available on site.

Reservations – Important Information:
Capacity limited to about 30 covers every 30 minutes.
Tables for 1 to 7 people : online or phone reservation recommended.
Tables for 8 to 14 people :
Reservation at least 6 hours in advance.
Choice of menu required (land, sea, or vegetarian), to be selected at the time of booking.
Slots available only before 6:30 PM or after 8:30 PM.
Only one large table accepted every 30 minutes.
Groups of more than 14 people or specific requests : thank you for contacting us directly by phone or by email at the address reservations@luxembourg.valk.com. Without prior consultation with our team, your request may not be considered.
Thank you for informing us in advance if you need a high chair, an accessible space for people with reduced mobility, or if you are accompanied by an animal.
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. In case of no-show or cancellation after 4 pm on the same day, a flat fee of €25 per person will be charged.
In case of a delay of more than 30 minutes without any news from you, your table may be reassigned.
