Welcome to Restaurant l’Oeuf at the Van der Valk Hôtel Luxembourg Arlon.
Open every day from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. (kitchen closes at 10 p.m., last reservation possible at 9 p.m.), the brasserie welcomes you for lunch or dinner in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our menu, which evolves with the seasons, highlights fresh and quality products.
For your business meals, family reunions, or moments with friends, our team offers you attentive service, with dedicated menus for groups and a Timo Menu specially designed for children. A play area is also available for the little ones. In the summer, enjoy our outdoor terrace. Free WiFi access and a private parking lot with 200 spaces available on site.

Reservations – Important Information:
Limited seating capacity to approximately 30 covers every 30 minutes.
Tables from 1 to 7 people : online or telephone reservation recommended.
Tables of 8 to 14 people :
Reservation at least 6 hours in advance.
Choice of menu required (land, sea, or vegetarian), to be selected when booking.
Available slots only before 6:30 PM or after 8:30 PM.
Only one large table accepted every 30 minutes.
Groups of more than 14 people or specific requests : please contact us directly by phone or by email at the address reservations@luxembourg.valk.com. Without prior exchange with our team, your request may not be considered.
Thank you for letting us know in advance if you need a baby chair, an accessible space for people with reduced mobility, or if you are accompanied by an animal.
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. In the event of a no-show or cancellation after 4 p.m. on the same day, a flat fee of €25 per person will be charged.
In the event of a delay of more than 30 minutes without any news from you, your table may be reassigned.
