Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

The package is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation.

No date changes or postponements will be accepted.

In case of no-show or cancellation, the full amount remains due.

If multiple reservations under different names need to be seated together, it is mandatory to inform us in advance by email at reservations@luxembourg.valk.com. No table rearrangements will be made on site.

Any special requests (allergies, dietary requirements, guests with reduced mobility, etc.) must be communicated at the time of booking. Beyond that, we cannot guarantee they will be accommodated.
